Founder Verity Hare created TradieWives to give a voice to the often-overlooked contributions of women in the trade industry, offering support, community connection, and resources for business success.
In 2018, Verity traded her corporate career for a full-time role in her husband Craig’s landscaping company. Immersed in the day-to-day challenges of running a trade business, she quickly discovered the isolation that many in her position felt. Frustrated by countless unanswered emails from other tradies and landscaping businesses, Verity knew there had to be a better way to connect, share advice, and find support.
Eight years later, what started as a personal pursuit for answers has transformed into a scaling and trusted community of over 31,800.

Tianna understands the ins and outs of the trade industry, coming from a background of interior design and construction. As Operations Manager, she’s the head of organised chaos, moving projects forward and always keeping the bigger picture front of mind. Her ideal evening involves a cheeseboard, glass of wine, and a game of backgammon at golden hour.
Fresh ideas, a passport full of stamps, and a knack for making partnerships feel like a natural fit. Kewley spent a decade living and working across London and Portugal before landing at TradieWives, where she has passion for results-driven marketing. Kewley brings fresh ideas and creativity when connecting the community with our partners. Outside the office you can find her running or looking for the nearest patch of Sun.
