Verity and I realised last week that I never introduced myself! My name is Felicity Jade, I am a Nutritionist, a Coach and a business owner running my own Transformation Studio in the heart of Mona Vale, Australia. And lucky for me, I am the resident health expert in the TradieWife community.

90g of Frozen berries of your choice
1 tsp of nut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
60g of oats
1 cup of plant based milk
