How do I list my business?

TRADE: You are able to do this through our TradieWives website www.tradiewives.com.au/directory-trades. If you have any trouble, please email us at [email protected] for our listing instruction guide.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE: Please email us at [email protected] and we will send you out our advertising package options.

Can I cancel my subscription after 12 months?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription please go to your TradieWives account, click on Subscriptions, then click View on the individual subscription you would like to cancel, then scroll down to the bottom of the information and click Cancel.

I haven’t received my welcome email and password!

It may take up to 5-10 minutes for the welcome email to be sent. If you still haven’t received it after 10 minutes, the email, containing your password, may have gone to your Junk Mail. Please check through this folder. If you still are unable to locate this email, please let us know at [email protected] and we will trouble shoot this issue.

My category isn’t there. What do I choose?

If you cannot find your category, please send an email through to [email protected] and we can set one up for you.

I don’t want to add my physical address. Can I just put in my suburb?

Yes. Under the map there is a check box that says ‘enter address manually’ click this box and you can just type in what you would like to show on your listing.

Can I update/edit my listing?

Sure can, just log into the account you have created at anytime, edit and update.

I’m still having trouble, are you able to list my business for me?

Of course! (also happy to do edits/updates to existing listings if you don’t have the time). Send us an email to  [email protected] and we will get your business listed.
