Since 2007, I’ve been helping Aussies invest in property, with a particular passion for empowering women to achieve financial independence through property ownership. This passion led me to specialize in “how to buy a house with your super,” a strategy that has significantly lowered barriers to property ownership for women in Australia.
Let me share my Brand Story and the journey that brought me to where I am today.
I was raised in Peru, a developing country, by a single mother whose resilience and determination were nothing short of extraordinary. At the age of 12, my mother faced challenging circumstances that made her vow never to be homeless. She made a firm decision to become a property owner and worked tirelessly to achieve that goal. Over the years, she ventured into finance, meticulously building wealth through property investment. Her passion for real estate grew so strong that she even began to draw and design her own homes.
My mother’s hard work and dedication paid off. She provided my three siblings and me with an exceptional education, putting us through private schools and universities. Remarkably, she even managed to send one of my siblings to Oxford University in England. Her success in property investment and finance allowed her to secure a better future for her family.
However, due to political unrest in Peru, my mother made the difficult decision to liquidate her assets and move 50 of our family members to New Zealand. This monumental move was driven by her unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and prosperity of her loved ones.
From a young age, I harbored a dream to live in Australia. At 18, I arrived on its shores, initially as a student. Although I later moved to New Zealand to join my mother and start a family, my heart was always set on returning to Australia. In 2007, I realized this dream and made Australia my permanent home.
Being multilingual, with fluency in both Spanish and English, has allowed me to connect with a diverse range of clients and help them navigate the property market. My journey, inspired by my mother’s incredible story, has fueled my passion for helping others achieve financial security through property investment.
Today, I am proud to continue this mission, empowering individuals, particularly women, to build wealth and secure their futures through property ownership in Australia.
