I’ve sat where you’re sitting. I know the pressure of being the person behind the scenes who’s expected to have the answer, know where everything is and keep it all moving.
I’m Teish, founder of Percy Productivity. I’ve spent more than 20 years working in and around trades, running small and large operations from the ground up and working with over 50 tradie businesses.
My experience spans the everyday demands of running an office, implementing systems like Simpro and ServiceM8, refining workflows and working through ISO accreditation through to cashflow, quoting, HR and payroll. I know where things fall over: missing information, messy handovers, double handling and work that only moves because you remember to chase it.
Percy helps you improve how that work gets done.
We start with your processes – what happens, who owns it and where it gets stuck. Then we put the right support around the work. That might mean making better use of your existing systems, introducing automation, bringing in additional talent or teaching your team how to use AI.
I’ve taught myself to put AI to work in my own businesses, and I bring that practical experience alongside two decades of operational know-how. Once the process makes sense, AI can help prepare documents, compare information, carry out suitable digital tasks and bring the things needing your attention into view.
The aim is to help you stay across your week, with clear priorities, reliable handovers and less information held in your head.
Percy offers operations consulting, implementation and practical AI training across a range of industries, specialising in trades. We work alongside you to make the changes useful in your everyday work and help you feel confident using them.
