At Jigsaw HR, we keep it simple: help trade and construction businesses find their people and keep their people. We’re not your average HR consultancy,we speak tradie, we understand the realities of job sites, and we cut the corporate jargon. Whether you’ve got 10 or 100 people on the tools, we’re here to make HR practical, no-nonsense, and stress-free.
Our team specialises in: Recruitment that works : job ads that attract the right people, screening tools, and onboarding processes that get new hires site-ready.
HR compliance made simple : clear award interpretation, Fair Work compliance, contracts, and WHS essentials so you avoid costly fines or site bans.
Retention and crew culture : strategies and toolkits to keep good people sticking around and building loyalty across your team. We know running a crew is tough: you’re quoting jobs, managing clients, and keeping the site moving. HR shouldn’t be the thing that trips you up. That’s why Jigsaw HR delivers straight-talking support built for job sites, not boardrooms.
From small operators to growing construction firms, we back business owners with confidence, clarity, and compliance. Our mission is to build stronger teams, piece by piece—so you can spend less time worrying about HR and more time growing your business.
Proudly supporting Queensland’s trade and construction sector.
