We’re Rod and Kim Fernandez, and we live in what we like to call the tradie capital of Australia – between Sydney and Newcastle. We started building AI solutions for the businesses around us and quickly realised the same challenges existed for tradies right across Australia.
Missed calls, admin, and after-hours enquiries were costing good businesses time, energy, and cash in the door. We saw business owners and their partners stretched thin, juggling work, systems, and family life. That’s why we created AI 4Tradies – to remove repetitive work, create cashflow, and give people their time back.

What sets us apart is how we work. Rod brings over 20 years’ experience in web development, systems, automation and AI engineering, including being Australia’s first AI Search specialist. Kim brings deep experience in strategy, online marketing, training and change management – helping teams adopt AI with confidence.
