Mona Randall is the founder and managing director of Back Office works who has been awarded fellowship status with CPA Australia following a notable career as a senior finance executive for various ASX listed corporations. Mona teaches accounting and finance at various tertiary institutions and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company directors and holds several board positions.
Mona founded Back Office Works during Covid when many businesses were buckling under pressure and needed support. She loves to support small businesses to achieve a better work life balance and will partner with you to provide financial acumen and understanding to aid you to drive your business forward.
